The July 23 date carried special significance as it marked the birth anniversary of both Hiten Bhuta and Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, who was born on July 23, 1856.

The programme commenced at 7:00 AM and was organized and coordinated under the leadership of Shri Mukesh Mehta, Project Director of Global Kapol Vikas Trust. The cultural segment featured Traffic Inspector and singer Shri Jagdish Zende, who delivered a special musical performance and dedicated a song to Shri Hiten Bhuta, creating a memorable moment for the guests and participants.
